Hey everyone. I went in today for my first ultrasound. They did a transvaginal one and there is a sac, but no heartbeat. I was so worried because the tech wouldn't tell me what was going on. I just want to know if my sonogram is normal? It's my first pregnancy and I'm just worried about everything.
