Every now and then I get really sharp pains in the lower abdomen area where the baby is. It happened this morning after I took my thyroid medicine and a while later I got really sharp pains. Not sure if it’s related.

It almost felt like a baby moving, but I know it’s too early for that.

It comes in waves as well, it will be sharp, then stop. When I turn to certain positions, different pains also happen.

Now I’m feeling a dull pain in my vagina area.

What could be the reason for the sharp then dull pains?
