I only BF no expressing could that be why?

I don't find it enjoyable I find it more stressful then anything.

Breast is best and all that which you get told so I wanted to give it a go but 4 months in jts been so hard and knowing and seeing it goesnt get any easier doesn't help

Being a constant comfort or stressful feeds is definitely taking its toll.

Friends who formula feed have people to help out or if they don't they are more relaxed the baby actually sleeps isn't up allll night
