So its my first time writing in this but me and my boyfriend usually use the withdrawal method and we had sex 4 days before my ovulation which is the 14th and two nights ago which was two days before ovulation he pulled out both times but today i just feel slight lower abdomen cramping, gassy, bloated, lower pelvic area feels slightly heavy, little headache and boobs feel a little tender its super early but idk what to feel
