Eczema ?

Does anybody deal with eczema on your eyelids/under eyes? This just started happening to me a few weeks ago. It got waay bad when I used the garnier cleansing water on my face. I stopped using that a few weeks ago but my it’s still so dry. I’m really self conscious about my dark circles so I’m still putting concealer on but it’s almost worse looking. It’s making me feel really bad and idk what to do to help it. Is it worth a call to the doctor?
