Pregnant? please help

So my last period ended March 20th and it's been 24 days since my last period but the app says I'm not supposed to start my period for another 4-5 days but I've messed up on this app and my periods weren't tracked bc I've gotten grounded. I've had unprotected sex on the 20th and the 24th should I take a test?
