bf is uncut and it’s causing problems

So my boyfriend and I haven’t been dating for too long, but in the beginning I told him I was fine with him being uncut because I’m not a judgmental person and it made no difference to me. BUT as time goes on I’m getting more and more frustrated.

We’ve had a lot of sex but he has only actually came from me ONCE. The rest of the times he had to finish with his hand because it takes too long. He told me it’s because of the fact he’s uncircumcised and it takes a lot of time to buildup an orgasm because it’s less sensitive since the skin is literally covering the whole thing and doesn’t retract. He takes so long during sex I’ll dry out and it just starts hurting.

I lowkey would prefer if he got circumcised but I feel guilty and don’t want to say anything bc he’s 25 and if he wanted to do it he probably would’ve by now. Would it be wrong to say something about it? I also have been getting cuts and bleeding around my entrance because of the friction from the extra skin which hasn’t happened with anyone else.
