Help to settle 3months old
I need help please I am so exhausted. Everynight is a battle with her and I always have to eventually have her fall asleep on me before putting her in her bed...
How can I get to the point where I can put her down awake and she wil fall asleep herself..
Please help! Any advice or tips welcome. Most nights I’m not getting her down until after 10pm
