How much breast milk is everyone producing when they pump?

I only pump once before bed and I yield maybe 2-5 oz on the days I breast feed from start to finish. If I didn’t breast feed for the last feed because I 🍷🍷, I will usually get between 7-9 oz. I hated pumping and realized I did not need a zillion bags of pumped milk so I have phased out from 5x a day (on top of bf) to just once. My guess if I exclusively pumped I would probably yield 30-40oz

I’m not saying my output cause I have an over supply and moms should NOT aim for that. Here is some helpful info from a well known IBCLC. 
1-1.25oz per hr is what a breastfed baby should get and not exceed 4oz for the first yr.

Is this a 24 hour period? I didn’t answer poll because I only pump while at work and I get about 14 oz during that period and she eats 12 while gone so I have saved up a little back stock

When I’m at home I just EBF and sometimes pump after feeding him and I only get 1-2oz if I do that. When I’m at work I’m gone for about 14-15hrs and I pump 4x. In the evening I get about 3-4oz then after 3am I get 6oz so it varies between 3-6oz through out the night.

We do a split of direct breaatfeeding and pumped milk in bottles, so I normally pump 3 times a day. I pump right around the times he gets a bottle which keeps my supply even with his demand. He eats 4 oz at a time (sometimes up to 5 oz if it's been an extra long time between feedings) and I pump just around that amount, so around 120 ml or a little more. When he sleeps through the night (which is getting more and more common) I get a lot more, more like 180-200 oz. The extra I get from that pump session I put in my freezer stash for later.

Usually 9 oz for my first pump, 5 to 8 oz at my 2nd pump and 5 is at my last pump. Away from my little one for about 9 to 9.5 hrs a day, 5 days a week.

I went from pumping every 3-4 hrs down to 2-3 pumps a day. I try to just put her on the boob to stop my middle of the day pump bc who has time for that?! And I aim to pump only morning and night. I went from getting 6-8pz each side to  4-5 oz which is still a lot for rn so hopefully I can start slowing it down to 3-4 oz. my baby girl currently drinks 4-5 oz

I only pump once a day(just one side), and typically get around 240ml, so about 8,5oz. But I have a huge oversupply and this isn't something this others should aim to be able to do!
