Can’t eat post 7pm!

Hey all! I am 22 weeks pregnant and carrying about 14 pounds from the first trimester where all I could eat was unhealthy carbs.

I try and eat more healthy now, but the bloat and the expanding tummy by 5ish in the evening makes it impossible for me to make any room for dinner at all.

I did try getting some fruit or milk to make sure I don’t go hungry for too long, but then I can’t sleep with a tummy full of food and the baby and the bladder!

Does it sound too wrong to go without food post 7? I wake up early and try and eat by 9ish.

Will this harm my baby? I do try and eat all my calories by 7 though, healthily if I may add ( for the most part).

Also I was obsessed with weight and only followed 20:4 intermittent fasting for about a year and a half to get really skinny.

So I do have a history with food and all this pregnancy weight gain isn’t easy for me to watch. No judging please! Thanks
