Popping and clicking noise?

I am 15 weeks pregnant and since last night I’ve been hearing this popping and clicking noise in my stomach. What could this be? It’s kinda freaking me out.

So I have this, but it's below my stomach. Best way I can describe it is my lower spine and pelvic bone clicking when I move and walk. It's not painful but it's just weird and uncomfortable to hear. I'm 13 weeks.
