Sleep regression
My little boy is 5 months next week and we’ve always had a good sleep routine with him sleeping around 11 hours from 8 weeks old. We transitioned him to his cot a few weeks ago and he was sleeping fine but now he seems to be going backwards and is waking up early hours of the morning and being wide awake, I’m thinking it is the sleep regression. He is always down in his cot by 8.00-8.30pm and we have quite a good evening routine. Does anybody have any tips for getting through this?
