I'm having it sent by mail because I don't have a bank account currently. I know it can take a long time up to a few months. Now I'm hearing that the IRS is setting up an online portal thingy for those that don't have bank accounts?? Is that true? If so do you think I could somehow change it from being sent in the mail to sent there? And I want to be able to see when it's sent, will the tracking thing that they're also setting up show me?
