Hello - so I normally skip my period while on my birth control pill for a couple months as my period is horrible bad painful . Then every two months I let myself get it again - so this last week was my placebo pills that I take and should get my period but I didn’t . I tested it was super negative . I did miss quiet a few pills last month and my fiancé and I are just going with it if it happens but I’m in a wedding in July so wouldn’t be great timing . So I missed pills , no period , lots of cramping tho , negative test . Do I go with the negative - or should I test again in a week ? I had light spotting for one day last week only . My body is very regular when I’m off my birth control normally also .
