So my husband and I are watching car shows and he mentions that in like 5 years he wants to buy a 66 mustang for his mom. And I'm like "ummm.... you realize that's a whole extra car payment right??" And he had the audacity to get mad that I was hesitant on buying a whole ass car for his mother. (We dont have a strained relationship with her) I understand wanting to give her lavish gifts but a car?!" He said he would save up for it but weve only managed to save 5 grand in the last two years! Like I'm the one who primarily puts money into this account and I am putting my whole stimulus check back. He said hes gonna put his back but idk if we will. Even a little would be great. I'm not mad that he wants to give her gifts. Just irritated he popped off an attitude with me when I said I dont want to do that
