Question for Fitness Experts
Hi everyone! I wanted to ask a question for those who are more experienced that I am. As a little background, I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and I started this pregnancy 15 lbs higher than my first two. I’ve always been “skinny fat” at about 5’5 and 120 lbs but started this pregnancy at 135 and am currently 150.
I’ve recently started tracking calories and eating around 1300-1500 daily plus working out for 60-90 minutes which is usually in the form of a combination of dance, Pilates, and walking. I started this about two weeks ago and just want to get opinions on if this is a good amount of calories to eat for my height, weight, pregnancy, and workout regimen. Also, is there anything else I should be doing? My goal is to lose fat and gain muscle. A big Thank you in advance to anyone who reads this/replies!
