Who are they?

Can someone explain to me who exactly are the Hebrew Israelites?? 
I heard they believe that only blacks, Hispanics, Native American, etc.. will make it to the kingdom.
No whites?? I find that a little hard to believe.

They are some people that have extremely messed up thinking and refuse to READ the scriptures. They use thier beliefs to justify distention and a form of racial discrimination. 
The bible is clear. 
For God so loved the WORLD that he gave his only begotten son that WHOSOEVER believes in Him shall have eternal life. John 3:16
Galations3:28-29
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
