I have been so stressed out with having to go back to work after taking emergency leave for a month. Im happy to say it has finally been figured out and my HR representative and store manager at walmart has been amazing. I was told if i went out on a personal leave until im 37 week(earliest my doctor can take me out medically without any other reason) they will likely approve it. Then once i hit 37 weeks and get my documentations in i can start my 16 week maternity leave and parental leave. Bringing me until End of October early November. I feel so relieved knowing my baby is going to be safe. I hear a lot of complaints about walmart, but they have done a great job working with me for mine and my babies safety.
