Hey y’all I have a ferret and wanted to order him a bigger cage so I bought the critter nation cage from Chewy, I then realized later on that night that my brother had amazon prime and that I could use it and get the cage cheaper from Amazon so I cancelled the Chewy order and bought it off Amazon. This was done on Saturday, I still haven’t received a refund but got an email saying that I wouldn’t be charged since it didn’t ship but I was already charged for it
