Does anyone know why I keep getting recurring nail fungal infections? My nails start to go discoloured then thicken so bad and they hurt... It just keeps spreading to all my toe nails and it hurts to wear shoes. I can't exactly wear open toe as its extremely embarrassing. Does anyone know what could cause this or make it better? Vitamins or something? My dr said i had to buy stuff in the pharmacy but its not working. She said she doesn't want to give me the antibiotics because it causes liver damage. What am i supposed to do😭😭😭
