First month of trying .. help

This is our first month of trying so we are trying to find things to work for us..
My app says my ovulation is in 1 day so should we be having sex for the next few days
Should I take the ovulation tests as well?
Any advise is amazing
Did any tablets help yous?
Please any advise would be amazing first time mummy and daddy soon hopefully x
