My bf and i did a couple raw strokes about two days after my ovulation, he rubbed off the pre cum before. But i am supposed to start my period any day now and today there was a medium sized brown stain in my underwear. Is that a sign of pregnancy?

If you're worried take a test! Sounds like the start of a period to me. You can't really wipe off precum, it's something that is produced throughout intercourse and there could have definitely been some in his urethra which is why it's best to use a condom or another form of BC anytime a penis is going into your vagina if you don't want to get pregnant
