I was 8dpo, first symptom, 100% knew I was pregnant before I tested. Sore breasts have never been a PMS symptom for me so I knew it wasn’t that.

I couldn’t even rub my arms against them without cringing. They were so sore.

Breast tenderness/ soreness is caused by progesterone after ovulation, then when hcg is being produced it causes the same symptoms

Nipples feel like someone took sandpaper to them, my breasts were a bit tender but didn't really start to hurt until 6weeks.

No not at all. They usually hurt before AF, but not when I was pregnant. I think toward the second/ third trimester is when I noticed some tenderness but even then it was only occasionally.
