Insight needed, early pregancy
I’m 3w4days, no bleeding but cramps in my lower back and stomach like I’m gonna have diarrhea.. these cramps are kickin my ass lol my period isn’t due til 15-17 so hopefully she stays away. I don’t get too hopeful til I’m in the “clear”. But is anyone else’s cramps hurt this bad
