Absolutely earliest a pregnancy test can pick up?

I’m all out of wack over here.. I spotted the 6th thought it was my period but because I’m all crazy (I’ve been working with my doctor about my opinions) and I’ve been testing with ovulation test damn near every day no matter if I spot or not... I had High ovulation 9th and 10th I just want to take pregnancy test everyday 😂😂😂🤰🏻
