UTI??? (11 weeks)

Would someone be able to tell me what my urine culture results mean? It says I have greater than 100,000 col/ml Lactobacillus Species. Does this mean I have UTI. I’ve had no other symptoms other having to pee a lot at night for the last 5 weeks. I emailed my doctor and waiting to hear back. Gosh I hope I didn’t have UTI this entire time without knowing it and hoping it’s not too late to treat.
