Have you all read their letter to patients on how to cope with the COVID-19 clinic shut downs? It’s like a guide on how NOT to talk to infertile women. Oh, just adopt? Oh, just use a donor? Oh, just give up on your dream to have the family other people get to have easily and for free and just accept the reality we’re forcing you into? They’re also ignoring that for many people, these are not financially and/or culturally viable options. No one is telling fertile women they can’t have their free sex babies, and yet those of us who need medical assistance have to just fine with not being able to have ours. You can go online and read the whole thing, but this is the worst part. I’m writing to my state and federal representatives asking them to deem <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">fertility treatment</a> as essential and an option for those who need it. I encourage you to do the same. Some people can wait 3-6 months, but some people biologically cannot.
