Spot on scar

I’m 7 months postpartum. This seems to have popped up within the last 24 hours. Does anyone know what it could be? It feels a little sore to the touch and like a tiny bump sort of. I also think it may have a tiny amount of fluid coming out based on when I go to touch it, it’s wet but it doesn’t smell.
