Brown discharge then spotting?

I’m not supposed to get my period for another ten days, and a couple days ago I started having odd brown discharge, and the next couple days including today, I’ve had very light spotting with a sort of light brownish blood color. It’s very odd for me and I’ve never had this. I’ve a non-hormonal IUD for over four years and am in a relationship and because I have an IUD, we are less than careful.

Is this implantation bleeding? A sign of infection? I’m at a loss in a pandemic. Help.
