Im freaking out. Should i be worried?

So Im 5 weeks 3 days according to my app. i had very light pinkish and brownish spotting on and off for 3 days. I have a weird cramp/twingy feeling on my right side of pelvis. I went to ER and gestational sac was there but they said it was too early too see an embryo or anything else. My hcg level was 4311. Should I be worried?

Honestly, you kind of just have to wait it out and see. I know that sounds bad, but that’s best since you’re so early on. I had that in one pregnancy and it ended in a loss and the next pregnancy it happened and we ended up having a healthy baby. Take it easy the next few days.

Try to just rest and stay laying down as much as possible. It sucks to just wait it out, but that’s really all you can do. If the bleeding gets darker and heavier, go back to the ER. Some people are just spotters and will spot their whole pregnancy though!

I’m experiencing the same time. I had some little cramps and had some spotting yesterday and today. It’s only when I wipe and a little spot on my pantyliner. It’s a brownish red. 
I’ve read if it’s bright red to call the doctor but if it’s small amounts and is a brownish red, that it’s normal. 
Still makes me worried
