sore nipples/late period/ negative test

hey! so i am currently 5 days late on my period and i have sore nipples. i really don’t think there is any way i could be pregnant since i haven’t seen my boyfriend in atleast 3 weeks. my periods are normally a day late but never 5... i took a test on 3 days late and it was negative. my boyfriend is STRESSING and stresses me out to the point where my stomach is constantly somewhat crampy solely from stressing /: i know if i keep stressing it will keep delaying it more and more. but is there really any chance i’m pregnant? we don’t have sec often but we so mess around and SOMETIMES he’ll put it in raw for like a few seconds (which ik is irresponsible) but i’m 20 and if i had to i could care for a child lolol sososos
