Nipple stimulation ????

So im due may 9th recent ultrasounds showing may 7 th any who no big diffrence because i normally go into labor at 37 weeks on my own but has anybodh tried nipple stimulation to trigger contractions/start labor on there own ? If so any advice as in how? How long? breast pump?  How long after did you go into labor ?

Nipple stimulation, orgasms, lots of walking and standing to help baby move down, watch a comedy to get that oxytocin flowing!

Nipple stimulation didnt do anything for me with my last pregnancy. But sex was successful at sending me into labor.

Nipple stimulation is supposed to be the only one that actually works - so go for it! I font think there’s any science yet about how or how long. But, I do think that being relaxed also helps labor start — so pick whether your partner doing it or breast pump is more relaxing!

Weird I literally just researched it and I’m trying right now. I’m 37 &6 days and I really don’t wanna be induced next week. It does say that it can make you go into labor so I’ll see I guess

My birth educator said it is fine to try but she never saw nipple stimulation go very far with anybody until the waters broke. Once that happened, whether naturally or done by doctor, then nipple stimulation was very helpful in bringing on contractions.

I’ve read nipple stimulation helps, orgasms, sex, spicy food and pineapple core. If it’s true I don’t know haha. Walking and squats help too I guess
