So about 2 months ago, my ex and I were going through nasty break up and he decided to hack into my bank account and send 2k dollars to his mom. I reported it to my bank, they disputed it. A few weeks later I noticed it said Dispute Reverse Denied. I immediately called the bank, they let me know that the dispute had been denied because I had sent this this person money before which is true, as this used to be my mother In law. I left it alone, I called my ex and explained that I didn’t want to fight about it so if he could kindly just give me my money back, I’d appreciate. He said ok as soon as he had money he’d give it to me. It’s now been two months, and now he’s saying that I’m suppose to get a check from his motorcycle accident. I have been patient. But tonight was my last straw when I received my stimulus check and it ate it all up. I texted him Immediately to tell him and he said he would try and help as much as he could but we ended up in an argument because he claims I’m stringing him along for some reason. Now I’m just extremely worried, I’m out $3700. I’m extremely pissed and feel sick to my stomach and this muthafucker doenst care. It’s now been like three months and I don’t know what to do.
