I'm in sooooo much pain 😟

I am in so much pain! I have a big butt therefore sciatic problems prior to pregnancy and nerve damage and when it gets cold my legs hurt now I'm 23 weeks and 2 days pregnant my back is KILLING me what is best to take as medicine I really need something ASAP please help
