Mucus plug

Is this my mucus plug? I’m 36+2 weeks. I went to the doctor yesterday and when she checked my cervix she said I was at a 3 and my cervix was still alittle thick, me and my husband had sex lastnight and I started hurting pretty bad.. my legs, my back, pressure In my butt. I could barely get out of bed or hurt so bad. Well about an hour after we had sex I started having this discharge and have been all night and all morning every single time I wipe and sometimes way more than this and my back has started cramping again this morning. I know mucus plugs can regenerate but I lot my mucus plug once with my son, never lost it and it regenerated I lost it once only not even discharge/ I went into labor a few hours after and it looked nothing like this it looked like a snotty snail😂
