I had a medical management for a missed miscarriage on 4th April. I was supposed to be 9w5d but measured 6w5d with no heartbeat. I don’t want to wait for next cycle before trying again but docs have recommended I at least wait for bleeding to stop and for a negative pregnancy test.

Can I still ovulate if I have positive pregnancy tests?

At what level of HCG does the body start ovulating again?

I don’t want to miss the opportunity to try this cycle but I don’t want to try before negative test as doc recommends.
