Obviously I’m trying to avoid taking my daughter to the doctor at all costs right now. She’s only 6 weeks old. I’m 99% sure what she has is a little yeast rash in her diaper area. I’ve been changing her very frequently, using water instead of wipes, letting her air dry, tried several creams and just plain Vaseline, and it hasn’t cleared up. I looked up yeast and it looks exactly like that. So anyways I’m gonna call her dr and see if they can just call something in. But if they try to make me come in, I’d like to try something at home first. Any advice welcome. Thank you ladies!

Edit- I already said I’ve been changing her frequently. I already said I was going to call the doctor first. Jeeze y’all act like I said I’m gonna pour boiling water on her or something. I’ve read a lot of moms say they’ve done the ACV baths on their babies for eczema & it worked great, but I haven’t read anything about yeast. It’s not gonna burn her skin off if it’s a small amount in the bathtub. 🙄 but im going to call the doctor and see what she says. I do have the anitfungal cream like someone suggested so I may try that, depending on what the dr recommends.
