Has anyone ever tested negative but been pregnant?!

So I am over a month late for my period after being roughly every 30 days for over a year (I used to be irregular) but birth control sorted this out and then I was regular after.

No sign of AF, boobs have been incredibly sore for over a week now and I’ve tested but nothing 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have been having what seems like fertile CM sometimes which confuses me, had a massive breakout on my face which I have badly with progesterone rises. I have also been having continuous pinching in the ovaries which I normally get around ovulation but only for a day or 2.

With everything going on I don’t wanna bother the doctors Surgery just don’t know what to think 🤷🏼‍♀️ I know chances are slim.
