Has anyone ever gotten pregnant postpartum with very irregular or absent periods?

My son is one, and I am trying to conceive baby number two, but I haven't gotten my period back completely yet (had one in October and one in January- that's it!).
I'm trying to figure out if I have any hope of getting pregnant - or even ovulating.
I would love to hear any experiences, success stories, or ways to get my period back!

I started trying postpartum too, I used ovulation sticks to track when I was ovulating since i had irregular periods

I had ovulation cm 6 weeks after birth. And I took an ovulation test and it was blazing positive! We had had sex that week and I was so worried I’d get pregnant but period came 9 days later. Thank god I didn’t get pregnant. I hadn’t even had a period yet. It’s very common to ovulate before your first period
