Fertility help!??

Has anyone taken anything to help fertility? We’ve been trying for a couple years and have never had a pregnancy. I have pcos and my doctor said she doesn’t know enough about that condition to help me and to try for another year before looking into fertility options. I don’t want to wait another year. It’s already been two. I see a lot of supplements that claim to boost fertility. Has anyone ever taken any of these? Please help. I’m at a loss. My insurance doesn’t even cover any kind of fertility anything.
