I just googled it and it says there’s 3.88 mg of caffeine in every ounce of Chick Fil A tea. So that’s roughly 62 mg of caffeine in a medium and 77 mg in a large. Most research suggests having no more than 200 mg of caffeine per day while pregnant. So yes, I think you can have your tea. That was a quick google search so I would advise you to take a look on your own. 👍🏻

I still drink coffee and I’m pregnant. We are allowed caffeine just not too much. Certain steeped teas can have more caffeine than coffee just don’t drink more than a cup. Also, there are certain teas you should avoid because they supposedly can cause contractions. But sweet tea is definitely fine. I love tea and coffee :)
