Sex and birth control?

So when my partner and I have sex we do it multiple times a day  (the one time I see him) and we use protection each time but now I'm wondering if I should use birth control cause I'm paranoid. What kinds should I look into?

I take the pill, its not that hard to remember to take every day, there's no weird side effects, and it helps my hormones and periods lol

It can't hurt. I have an iud and it's been awesome and it's nice to never have to worry about getting pregnant or worry about condoms
