Back pain.. contractions?

29 weeks. Back pain lower and stomach tightness comes and goes .  Nothing  is helping. Help

Sit down or lye down, drink like 8 oz of water, take some deep breaths and relax your stomach muscles. Easier said than done I know. But today baby was pushing so much up against my belly that I felt constant pressure/tightness for a few hours. Until I relaxed.
