No positive until 6wks plus?

So I have officially missed my period. I have been feeling like it's going to come on since last friday and it hasn't. I have taken multiple tests that show negative. With my first two pregnancies I didn't get a positive until around 6 weeks...its driving me crazy!! LOL I'm hoping that's the case, but AF is probably around the corner.

I know there are people commenting saying they didn’t know until they were weeks late, but I’m going to be honest and say I do not think that’s possible. You implant 6-12 days after ovulation. You start producing HCG once you implant. HCG is what a pregnancy test uses, so once you implant, the test should pick up within a couple days. So while I don’t believe you can be weeks late before it picks up, I do believe you can be off on when you ovulated and think you’re that late.
