PLEASE HELP!

Hi all, i’m 18 and I take microgynon 30 and have for a couple of years now. i take it perfectly (same time every day no changes) and have a period on my break. I don’t experience bleeding etc between periods. This month, i have, and from what i can gather it looks like implantation bleeding. I thought breakthrough bleeding but i’ve never had that before?

Basically from what i can gather, i had sex multiple times in what would be my “fertile window” if i wasn’t on the pill, then i’ve experienced this very light bleeding which is different to my period. i’m not due on my period/to stop this pack of pills for 5 days. So IF i was pregnant, it’d be 3weeks and 3days (since start of last period).

Other than the bleeding, i’ve also had very slight twinges in my lower stomach, very tired, headaches, heartburn, the works. I’ve suddenly got really hungry too, which is odd as i’m not used to eating much (my bmi is 16.6).

But even after these ‘pointers’ towards pregnancy, i am on the pill and took it PERFECTLY so surely that’s impossible??? doesn’t it stop you from releasing an egg???

Someone please offer some advice i’m only 18 and whilst me and the boyfriend have been together for 3+ years we still live in his family home.

i ordered a test which is due to arrive in 4 days (one day before period is due/the day of my last pill) but i’m going out of my mind i can’t wait till then!!

Is it possible at all that i could be pregnant???
