Rash on newborns face 😭

I bathe my 2 weeks old baby yesterday and used a pouring cup that might’ve had some leftover bath & body works body soap in it when I first poured it on my daughter. After her bath, I noticed she started developing these rashes on her face. Now I’m freaking out :( do you think I should leave it be or put some aquaphor on her face? Please help 😭
