Bloody show?

Hello ladies! I’m 39 weeks today, had intercourse with baby’s dad this morning to try and kick start labour and have been cramping since (for 8 hours now). Just went to the bathroom and looks like I’m having a bloody show, what do you think? It’s my second baby but I was induced last time and never had any signs of labour. How long could it be until I actually go into labour? TIA
