I had a plan with my first two and will with this one as well. It was comforting and empowering to educate myself fully about all the options out there. I printed my plan out and gave it to my care provider and the close family that would be providing me with support. Everything went exactly the way I wanted it to go. Knowledge is power! Doulas are great at helping with birth plans 😉

Picotin is meant to induce labor. I don't think it's something you choose to have.

I will be having a scheduled c-section on Friday January 29th 2016. Most likely in the late afternoon. My daughter will be with my mom and grandma at our house so that my husband can be with me. We will have a few hours of recovery/bonding time with our son before they come meet him. No other visitors until the second day of our hospital stay, besides his grandparents. Can't wait to meet my baby boy💙💙

I don't have one. I didn't with my first 2 either. I will be waiting until it's time to figure it out. If I can, I will for sure have an epidural...lol

I will be going all natural, but at a hospital with a midwife and my husband by my side. I want the lights dimmed, and I will have my phone for playing some soft, relaxing music. I definitely don't want Pitocin or an epidural. Of course, if there is a true emergency (for example a cesarean) I will do whatever I need to for the baby.
