I think I wasted my monistat treatment?

Question

So I got the 3 day monistat treatment. So after bath I incert my first dose 10:30 pm. I’m still naked putting clothes on and getting my bf bath ready. Out of curiosity I stick my fingers down there and feel it’s spilling out/ way to close to the exit. I push it in over and over. And now it’s already melted and idk if I put it far enough or if itsliterally meting that fast out of me. And I haven’t laid down I’m still sitting up, walking around my home

It was only the first dose i think youre okay, just try and make sure you do the others absolutely before bed. Tomorrow Pee the last time before bed than do it and go lay down.

I’ve always heard it’s better to do the 7 days and wait till bedtime to put it in
