Preeclampsia?

I have a lot of pain on my right side around my rib area it’s stronger when I lay down, also my feet are swollen.. are those signs of preeclampsia? I’m going to call my doctor tomorrow but I can’t help being super worried as I read online that those are signs..

mine says yes IF it occurs very out of the blue/all of the sudden. we’re so pregnant a bit of it is normal

They are signs but I also have the same as well as high BP but in my urine tests it comes back small amount of protein so my doc hasn’t worried too much about it I’m in aspirin once a day for the preeclampsia as well as BP tablets but always best to check with the doc your seeing they know your body best
